Home care marketing

You're marketing to families and caregivers at the same time. We help you win both.

7 Sided Cube works with home care agencies and the companies that serve them. We start by learning who your customers really are, then build the marketing that reaches them, and coach your team to keep it going.

Both sides of the business

We work with the agencies caring for families and with the companies that help those agencies run.

Two audiences. One small marketing budget.

Every home care agency is running two campaigns, whether it planned to or not. One is for families deciding who to trust with someone they love. The other is for caregivers deciding where they want to work.

Most agency marketing only speaks to the first. Then the phone rings, the client is ready, and there’s nobody to staff the shift.

Good home care marketing treats both as customers. That’s where we start.

About 3 in 4caregivers leave their agency within a year, based on industry benchmarks for 2025.Source: Activated Insights, 2026 Home Care Benchmarking Report
  • Your referral relationships went quiet when your best community liaison moved on
  • You’re competing in search with franchise brands that have national ad budgets
  • Families call, ask a few questions, and choose someone else
  • You can sign new clients faster than you can hire caregivers for them
  • Your website says “compassionate care” in exactly the words your competitors use

Who we work with

Two sides of the same industry. Agencies serving families, and the companies that help those agencies run.

Home care agencies

Independent agencies and franchise locations providing non-medical care. We help you understand the families and referral partners you serve, show up when they search, and give caregivers a reason to choose you.

Typical work: home care SEO, website design, Google Ads, referral marketing, and caregiver recruiting.

Companies that serve home care

Software platforms, recruiting and staffing services, training and accreditation providers, insurers, and franchisors. Your buyers are agency owners who are short on time and long on vendor pitches.

We help you learn what those owners actually need, then say it in a way that earns the meeting.

Three ways we help

Customer discovery

Before anyone writes an ad, find out who you’re really talking to. Our Customer Discovery Scan pulls together existing research and search data on families, referral sources, or agency buyers. Full discovery adds interviews with your own customers.

About the Discovery Scan

Marketing

Home care SEO, website design, Google Ads, and content, built on what discovery found. Every campaign is tied to the two numbers that matter most to an agency: new clients and new hires.

Coaching

For owners and in-house marketers who want to run their own marketing with confidence. We teach the how and the why, so your team gets sharper every month and you’re never dependent on an agency to understand your own results.

Research first. Then we build.

Home care is personal. A family choosing care for a parent and an owner choosing new scheduling software are both making a decision built on trust.

So we don’t guess at what will move them. We learn it, build around it, and measure whether it works. Then we keep the parts that do.

Learn who you serveWhat your families, referral partners, caregivers, or agency buyers need, how they search, and what makes them hesitate.
Build what reaches themA website, search presence, ads, and messages that answer the questions they’re already asking.
Measure what turns into resultsCalls, inquiries, signed clients, and caregiver applications, tracked so you can see what’s working and why.

Who leads this work

Wendy Fenner Coward, MS

Wendy Fenner Coward, M.S., leads our home care practice. Through Wendy Anne Consulting, an HCAOA member, she works with leaders in public health and care organizations on strategy, growth, and leading through uncertainty.

Her focus is marketing with purpose: growth that fits the mission instead of fighting it. In home care, that matters. Families are trusting you with someone they love, and caregivers are trusting you with their livelihood.

Wendy leads the coaching and industry relationships. Jon leads the research, SEO, websites, and campaigns. When you work with 7 Sided Cube on home care, you work with both of them.

Fair questions

If yours isn’t here, call us at (404) 585-1566.

Do you help with caregiver recruiting?

Yes. Recruiting is marketing, too. We work on careers pages, job ad messaging, and the search terms caregivers use, so your agency shows up as a place people want to work.

We’re a franchise location. Can you still help?

Yes. We work within your franchisor’s brand standards and focus on the local work they leave to you: your local search presence, referral relationships, and community reputation.

We sell to home care agencies. What does that look like?

Usually it starts with discovery. We learn what agency owners are dealing with right now and how they evaluate vendors, then shape your website, content, and outreach around it.

What does coaching include?

Regular working sessions with Wendy for owners or in-house marketers. We look at your real numbers, decide what to do next, and build the skills to do it. You leave each session knowing more than when you came in.

Let’s talk about your agency, or your customers.
